This pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates air flow in a singular direction. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it allows for adjustable flow rate and unidirectional air passage. The meter-out design ensures flow control from male threaded port to push-in fitting port. Its 1/4 inch push-in fitting and R 1/4 inch male threaded port facilitate convenient tubing connections. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), it features NBR seals for durability. To adjust flow rate, rotate the needle to modify orifice size, securing it with the locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces orifice size, while counterclockwise rotation increases it. Gradually adjust flow rate to avoid sudden actuator movements and excessive torque to prevent altered flow characteristics. This valve is available for purchase within the United Kingdom.
