Pisco JSC12-03B12mm - R3/8" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates airflow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve to ensure unidirectional flow. The meter-out configuration meters flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port, while the meter-in configuration reverses the flow direction. It features a 12 mm push-in fitting and an R 3/8-inch male threaded port, facilitating tubing connections. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar, and NBR seals allow for use in temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). A rotatable needle adjusts orifice size, controlling flow rate, and a locknut secures the setting. Flow rate adjustment should start from a fully closed position, avoiding sudden actuator movements. Excessive torque when adjusting the needle should be avoided to prevent deformation of the valve seat and alteration of flow characteristics. This valve is available in the United Kingdom.
