This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow. The flow is controlled from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Its push-in fitting (3 mm) ensures easy tubing connection. Operating pressures range from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi). NBR seals allow for use in temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate is adjusted using a rotatable needle, which is secured with a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to decrease flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Start from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the flow rate to prevent damage to the valve seat.
