This meter-in pneumatic elbow flow control valve precisely regulates air flow in one direction. Combining a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow, it offers versatility in air management systems. The valve features a 4 mm push-in fitting on one side for convenient tubing connection and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other. Airflow is metered from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. The operating pressure range is from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), while the NBR seals ensure compatibility in temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The adjustable needle valve allows precise flow rate control by rotating the needle in clockwise (decrease) or counterclockwise (increase) directions. To ensure optimal performance, start flow rate adjustments from the fully closed state and avoid excessive torque when turning the needle. This valve is available in the United Kingdom.
