This meter-in elbow pneumatic flow control valve offers precise one-way airflow regulation. It combines a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration regulates airflow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. The valve features a 5/16 inch push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port. Its NBR seals ensure compatibility in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Adjust the flow rate using the rotatable needle, securing it with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size, while counterclockwise rotation increases it. Start from the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movements.
