This meter-in elbow pneumatic flow control valve offers precise one-way airflow regulation. It combines a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration regulates airflow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. The valve features a 5/16 inch push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port. Its NBR seals ensure compatibility in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Adjust the flow rate using the rotatable needle, securing it with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size, while counterclockwise rotation increases it. Start from the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque during adjustment to maintain optimum flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
