Pisco JSC6-03B6mm - R3/8" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This is a one-way adjustable, meter-in, elbow type pneumatic flow control valve. It combines a needle valve with an orifice check valve to provide flow rate adjustment and ensures unidirectional airflow. The push-in fitting on one side simplifies tubing connection, while the male threaded port on the other side fits tubing with ease. The flow rate is controlled in one direction, from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. With an operating pressure range of 1 to 9 bar and NBR seals, this valve is suitable for applications within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. By rotating the needle, users can adjust the orifice size to control flow rate. Sold in the United Kingdom, this valve is designed to avoid sudden actuator movements by starting from a fully closed state during flow rate adjustments. Excessive torque should be avoided when adjusting the needle to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat, which could alter the valve's flow characteristics.
