This versatile meter-out elbow pneumatic flow control valve from our UK inventory precisely regulates airflow in a single direction. Combining a needle valve with an orifice check valve, it offers adjustable flow rate and unidirectional flow. The 6 mm push-in fitting simplifies tubing connections, while the M5x0.8 male threaded port ensures secure attachment. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), it handles various applications. A rotatable needle with a locknut allows fine-tuning of the flow rate by altering the orifice size. To prevent sudden actuator movements, adjust the flow rate gradually from the closed position. Avoid overtightening the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
