The Pisco meter-in universal pneumatic flow control valve is designed to regulate air flow in one direction only. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it enables precise flow adjustment and unidirectional flow control. The meter-in configuration ensures regulation of flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Featuring a convenient 4 mm push-in fitting on one end and an M5x0.8 metric male threaded port on the other, it simplifies tubing connections and provides secure holding using stainless steel claws. The valve operates under pressures ranging from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Its NBR seals ensure compatibility in various applications without freezing concerns. By adjusting the rotatable needle, the orifice size can be altered to control flow rate, which can be locked in place with the locknut. For optimal adjustment, start with the fully closed state and incrementally open the valve. Avoid applying excessive torque to the needle to prevent damage to the valve seat.
