Pisco JSMU1010mm Union Straight Flow Control Valve

This straight union pneumatic flow control valve is designed for precise one-directional air flow regulation, combining a needle valve with an orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts the flow rate, and the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional airflow. The valve features convenient 10 mm push-in fittings for hassle-free tubing connections. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 10 bar, it has NBR seals suitable for temperatures between 0 to 60°C. Using the rotatable needle, users can adjust the orifice size to control flow rate. Lockdown with the locknut is critical. For flow adjustments, start from the fully closed position and avoid excessive torque when turning the needle to maintain flow characteristics.
