This pneumatic flow control valve enables one-directional adjustment of airflow. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it offers adjustable flow rates and restricts airflow to one direction. The 12 mm push-in fittings on both sides simplify tubing connections, while the operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 10 bar. Suitable for temperatures between 0 and 60°C, the NBR seals prevent freezing. The rotatable needle allows for orifice size adjustment, determining flow rate. Locknut secures the adjustment. To adjust flow, start with the valve closed to avoid sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque during adjustments to maintain flow characteristics.
