Featuring a needle valve for flow rate control and an orifice check valve for one-way flow, it ensures accurate regulation. The meter-out configuration allows flow control from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting, while the meter-in configuration functions in reverse. With a rotatable 1/4-inch push-in fitting and 1/8-inch R male threaded port, it offers easy tube connections. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar and temperature range of 0 to 60°C, it is suitable for various industrial applications. Adjustable using a rotatable needle, the orifice size determines the flow rate. For optimal performance, start adjustments from a fully closed state and avoid excessive torque, as this can alter flow characteristics.
