This meter-out pneumatic flow control valve is designed for precise adjustment of air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate control and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow control. Featuring a rotatable 1/4 inch push-in fitting and M5x0.8 male threaded port, it simplifies tubing connections. The push-in fitting secures the tube with stainless steel claws. The flow regulation occurs from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Its operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), and it operates within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Using a rotatable needle, you can adjust the orifice size to control flow rate and secure it using a locknut. Ensure gradual adjustment by starting from a fully closed state and avoid excessive torque to prevent alterations in flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
