This product is a meter-out pneumatic flow control valve with adjustable flow control. It combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve, allowing flow rate adjustment and one-way airflow. The meter-out configuration regulates flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Featuring a rotatable 1/8-inch push-in fitting and M3x0.5 male threaded port, it offers easy tubing connection. It operates at 0.5 to 5 bar pressure and has NBR seals for temperatures between 0 and 60°C. Adjust flow rate with the rotatable needle and secure with a locknut. Rotate clockwise to reduce orifice size and counterclockwise to increase it. Start from fully closed to avoid sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque to prevent deformation of the valve seat. Sold in the United Kingdom.
