The Pisco meter-in rotatable pneumatic flow control valve provides precise, one-directional airflow control. Its combination of needle and orifice check valves allows for adjustable flow rate while ensuring single-direction flow. The rotatable 1/8-inch push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection, while the metric M3x0.5 male threaded port offers secure mounting. Airflow is metered from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. Operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), and NBR seals ensure compatibility within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size to control flow, with a locknut to secure the setting. Gradual adjustment from the fully closed position is recommended, and excessive torque should be avoided to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
