This meter-out pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow in one direction. It consists of a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve that ensures unidirectional airflow. The meter-out design controls flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. It features a rotatable 1/8 inch push-in fitting and an M5x0.8 male threaded port for easy tubing connection. Operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar, and the NBR seals withstand temperatures from 0 to 60°C. Adjust the flow rate by rotating the needle and securing it with the locknut. Start with the valve fully closed to prevent sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to prevent changes in flow characteristics due to valve seat deformation.
