Pisco JSS3-M3BM3 - 3 Meter-In Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve features a needle valve and orifice check valve combination, providing one-directional adjustable air flow control. It offers meter-in functionality, where the flow is controlled from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. The rotatable 3 mm push-in fitting enables easy tube connection, while the M3x0.5 male threaded port ensures secure attachment. Operating within a pressure range of 1-9 bar and temperature range of 0-60°C, this valve is suitable for various applications. Its NBR seals ensure compatibility with different media. The flow rate is adjusted using a rotatable needle, which defines the orifice size. A locknut secures the needle in place, preventing accidental adjustments. Clockwise turns reduce the orifice size, while counterclockwise turns increase it. To avoid sudden actuator movements, start adjustments from the fully closed state. Excessive torque should be avoided during needle rotation, as it can alter flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
