Pisco JSS3-M5AM5 - 3mm Meter-Out Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This meter-out rotatable pneumatic flow control valve offers one-directional adjustable control of air flow. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it allows flow rate adjustment while ensuring airflow is metered in only one direction. The flow is controlled from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Featuring a rotatable 3 mm push-in fitting on one side and a metric M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other, it provides an easy connection with tubing. The valve operates within a pressure range of 1 to 9 bar and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. NBR seals ensure suitability for various applications. A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, defining the flow rate, and is secured with a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase flow. Start adjustments from the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting to maintain flow characteristics.
