Pisco JSS4-M3AM3 - 4mm Meter-Out Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This multi-directional rotatable pneumatic flow control valve combines a needle valve and orifice check valve to precisely adjust airflow in one direction. The needle valve allows for flow rate customization, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional flow. The valve's meter-out configuration controls flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port, while a meter-in configuration works in the reverse direction. It features a 4mm rotatable push-in fitting and an M3x0.5 male threaded port for easy connection to tubing. The operating pressure range is 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi), and NBR seals ensure compatibility within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate is adjusted using a rotatable needle that defines the orifice size, secured by a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Adjustments should start from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement.
