This pneumatic flow control valve precisely controls airflow in one direction. It combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve, allowing for adjustable flow rates while ensuring unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration enables flow control from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. The valve features a rotatable 4mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection, secured by stainless steel claws. It operates within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). NBR seals ensure suitability for various applications. The orifice size and flow rate are adjusted using a rotatable needle and locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces flow rate, while turning counterclockwise increases it. Correct flow rate adjustment involves starting from a fully closed state. Excessive torque should be avoided to prevent deformed resin valve seat and altered flow characteristics.
