Pisco JSS5-16-01AR1/8" - 5/16" Meter-Out Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This rotatable pneumatic flow control valve excels in precisely regulating air flow in one direction. Combining a needle valve for adjustable flow rate and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow, the meter-out configuration controls flow from the male threaded port to the 5/16 inch push-in fitting, which simplifies tubing connections. The valve operates with pressures ranging from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) and temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), excluding freezing conditions. NBR seals ensure compatibility with various applications. Flow rate adjustment is achieved through a rotatable needle that modifies the orifice size. A locknut secures the desired setting. Clockwise rotation reduces orifice size, while counterclockwise rotation enlarges it. For optimal control, initiate flow rate adjustments from the fully closed state to prevent abrupt actuator movements.
