This pneumatic flow control valve is designed for precise, unidirectional airflow control. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment with an orifice check valve to ensure one-way airflow. The meter-out configuration allows flow regulation from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. The rotatable push-in fitting (5/16 inch) simplifies tubing connections, while the R 1/4 inch male threaded port provides versatility. With an operating pressure range of 1-9 bar, this valve finds applications in various temperature ranges (0-60°C). NBR seals ensure suitability for non-freezing conditions. To adjust the flow rate, simply rotate the needle. Turn clockwise to decrease orifice size and counterclockwise to increase it, avoiding excessive torque to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
