Pisco JSS6-02B6mm - R1/4" Meter-In Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction, combining a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional metering. In a meter-in configuration, the flow is controlled from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Featuring a rotatable 6 mm push-in fitting and R 1/4 inch male threaded port, it offers simplified tubing connection. Suitable for operating pressures ranging from 1 to 9 bar and temperatures between 0 and 60°C, this valve employs NBR seals. The flow rate is adjusted via a rotatable needle, which defines the orifice size. Locking the needle with the locknut secures the setting. Adjustment should start from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement, and excessive torque should be avoided during adjustment to preserve proper flow characteristics.
