This is a high-precision, rotatable pneumatic flow control valve designed to precisely adjust airflow in one direction. Combining a needle valve and an orifice check valve, it allows for both flow rate adjustment and unidirectional airflow control. Its meter-out configuration ensures that flow is regulated when moving from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Featuring a rotatable 8mm push-in fitting on one end and a R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other, this valve's push-in fitting enables easy tubing connection with a secure hold thanks to stainless steel claws. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), this valve is compatible with various applications. Flow rate adjustment is achieved by rotating the needle to alter the orifice size, with a clockwise turn reducing flow and a counterclockwise turn increasing it. It is important to begin adjustments from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement and avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
