This pneumatic flow control valve allows for adjustable control of air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve and orifice check valve, with the needle valve adjusting flow rate and the orifice check valve ensuring one-way flow. The "meter-in" configuration controls flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. The valve features an 8 mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other side. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar, and it has NBR seals suitable for temperatures between 0 and 60°C. A rotatable needle with locknut allows for precise orifice size adjustment to set flow rate, turning clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase flow. To avoid sudden actuator movement, start adjustment from fully closed. Avoid excessive torque when turning the needle to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat.
