This meter-out pneumatic flow control valve allows precise adjustment of airflow in a single direction. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it enables flow rate control and ensures unidirectional airflow. Its rotatable 8mm push-in fitting and R 1/4 inch male threaded port simplify connection to tubing. With a flow path from male thread to push-in fitting, it accommodates operating pressures between 0.5 and 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi). Suitable for temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), this valve features NBR seals for durability. Flow adjustment is achieved via a rotatable needle, secured by a locknut. Clockwise rotation reduces airflow, while counterclockwise increases it. To prevent sudden actuator movements, start adjustments from a fully closed state.
