This versatile Pisco pneumatic flow control valve provides precise, one-directional air flow management. Combing a needle valve with an orifice check valve, it offers both flow rate adjustment and metering in a single direction. The meter-in configuration enables flow control from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Featuring a rotatable 8mm push-in fitting and a R 1/4 inch male threaded port, the valve ensures easy tubing connections. The push-in fitting secures the tube with stainless steel claws. The operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar ensures compatibility with various applications. NBR seals withstand temperatures from 0 to 60°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. Adjust the flow rate with the rotatable needle, and secure the setting with the locknut. Always start from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movements and avoid overtightening the needle to maintain flow characteristics.
